Master LƯƠNG MINH ÐÁNG, also known as Master Dang, is the founder of the method of Human and Universal Energy (HUE method) and the philosophy of Mankind Enlightenment Love (MEL). He was born on January 30th, 1942 in the village of Cai Be, province of My Tho in Southern Vietnam and passed away on August 12th, 2007 in Melbourne, Australia. 

He dedicated 35 years of his life to build the theoretical and practical foundations of the HUE method and to share it to students in more than 60 countries on all continents. Practitioners of this method are people of different races, ages, professions and religions.

Students of the HUE method from many countries around the world, continued his work by conducting seminars and assisting the students with the theory and practice of the HUE method.
